What you'll do
- ▸ Architect and ship production web apps on Next.js, Node, and PostgreSQL
- ▸ Own features from a one-line idea to a monitored production deploy
- ▸ Run weekly working demos for clients — you show software, not slides
- ▸ Set the technical bar: reviews, testing culture, and honest estimates
What you bring
- ✓ 5+ years shipping production web applications
- ✓ Deep TypeScript, React/Next.js, and solid SQL
- ✓ You've operated your own services: CI/CD, monitoring, incident scars
- ✓ Clear written communication with non-technical clients
- ✓ A GitHub or portfolio of things that actually shipped
AI & Automation Engineer
Remote · Full-time · Python or TypeScript
Build the AI layer of our client work: LLM features, copilots, and workflow automations that remove real hours from real businesses — and know when AI is the wrong answer.
What you'll do
- ▸ Design and ship LLM-powered features: copilots, RAG pipelines, agents
- ▸ Build automations and integrations across client stacks
- ▸ Own evaluation: quality, latency, and cost per feature, measured
- ▸ Prototype in days, then harden the winners for production
What you bring
- ✓ 3+ years of software engineering fundamentals — AI second, engineering first
- ✓ Hands-on production experience with Claude/GPT APIs, embeddings, RAG
- ✓ Fluency in Python or TypeScript
- ✓ The judgment to say 'this doesn't need AI' when it doesn't
